Description

The two lots on Market St. are PERMIT PARKING ONLY. You need a resident or visitor pass to park there. As a resident of this neighborhood, I see cars parked there with no permits. out of state license plates, or cars with expired registrations that don't move for days. I'm tired of getting tickets from the street sweeper or driving around for 15 minutes when I come home from work because I can't find a parking spot near my house. All the spots are taken by people who clearly do not live in my neighborhood, or do live there but refuse to register their car in NJ and get a permit. Where is the parking enforcement? I only see them on street sweeper day, and even then they sit in the car near Sykes Liquor store indefinitely. Something needs to be done with the parking issue in this neighborhood!
