1990's Chevy Caprice is abandoned. Out of date inspection & registration. Possible illegal activity occurring in vehicle.

Vehicle remains on street. RPD have been notified many times by community. How long does it take to remove a abandoned vehicles?

The SeeClickFix process appears to be ineffective on this particular complaint. Additionally it took two phone call complaints to the Richmond Police Precinct to finally get the vehicle "tagged". Now how long will it take to get it towed away???
