Description

This city "water" cover box has been largely flooded for many weeks. We thought it was because of the rain, and it is in fact not. I believe there is a main water leak causing this to be flooded around our apartments parking area. The water smells bad like sewage and can be a heal risk. On top of it is splashing into all of the parked cars and creating a large issue behind 1821 o St apartments. In neighbor's alley in between 18th and 19th at but much closer to 19th.
