Description
The Alley needs to be paved from Poplar St NE to 1st St NE. Constant cut-through traffic from Crisp Park keeps the alley dusty and when the rain comes the potholes are treacherous.
The alley in the next block was already paved this year and I can't believe ours was not. My neighbors and I are looking forward to your action.
