Description
New construction at 415 west 31st street has done final grading and is sodding. Grading appears to drain property into adjacent property at 411 w 31st street instead of available drains on the property. Can someone confirm this meets code/regulation as I suspect it is not allowed?

Firstly this has taken 9 months for the city to give this completely incorrect response
Grading on new construction that drains into adjacent properties is a violation of the building code. Please reopen this issue and address appropriately
This has nothing to do with maintenance along the property line or of a non existent culvert between the properties.
