This isn't a cave-in, but I didn't know what other category to use. There is a very loose manhole/sewer cover in front of 3116 N. Leavitt street that creates an unholy racket - loud enough that it disturbs sleep - whenever a car runs over it, which is frequently now that Leavitt's become a major N-S street, thanks to the construction on Westen.

Please HELP! We had this same issue last year with this same manhole, and the city came and fixed it, but now it's broken again.
