Description

From Earl to Johnson Parkway on 3rd St, the road is not up to the level it's supposed to be due to Fall road work. Workers used asphalt to temporarily buffer the manhole covers that were stickign up. That asphalt, on many 'mounds', is chipping away. Cars are swerving to opposite lanes because it's so bad on cars, even at a very slow speed. Please come to fix temporary asphalt mounds to blend or finish the street. Much appreciated!
