Description

Carts, books, tents, bags, people, open fire, public drinking, drugs all happening under the Wilson Lake Shore viaduct. Click Fix keeps responding that the problem has been resolved? I guess I need to take a picture and down load it. Yes, they are still present and it is just as nasty as ever. Police and City officials appear to ignore the violations to city code that are taking place. Why? Additionally they have allowed a potential health disaster to be a threat to the the homeless and the residents. Maybe the City wants to look up spread of diseases like T/.B. and Typhoid. Using the park and environs as a public toilet is a great portal of entry for a number of fecal born diseases.
