Description

We will need a no parking sign right next to the gate that is used by emergency vehicles at the Chelmsford parking of the bog. Yes, there are no parking signs but someone parked in front of the gate not realizing that also meant not at the gate. Yes, there were three parking spots available. Perhaps - No Parking. For Emergency access.
