Description

The owners of the uhaul rental/tire place on Catherine St leave their dogs out all night presumably to deter thieves.
However they bark at everyone and everything day and night.
Residents shouldn't have to wear earplugs to sleep at night even with the windows closed. We'd like someone to speak with the owners.
