lot at corner of Barbara Ann Dr and Bishop Rd needs cleaning up. Car and truck full of junk and doesn't run, 10-12 riding lawnmowers in driveway that don't run, all kinds of junk in driveway side of yard and back yard, front porch needs cleaned off. Owner was sent letter a year ago to clean up property but no follow up was done. Rats and roaches
