Description
Multiple cars on a daily basis drive up against traffic on Cherry Street, between Williams and Everett Ave. More of these wrong way drivers are seen in the afternoon to evening hours.
Cherry Street is usually ignored by police and the Parking Authority.

Anonymous,
I hear you. I saw one the other week when I was walking home, but I was a block away and the screaming that I wanted to direct their way would have done no good.
That being said, and following up on your second comment, the fact remains that this is a police issue and City Hall can do nothing except for looking into "ONE WAY" and "WRONG WAY" signage. I will talk to DPW. It may need to go before the traffic & parking commission though. Are you prepared to submit the issue to them and attend a hearing?

Just this past weekend i got into an argument with a patron of Curly's Restaurant; the driver was speeding down Cherry Street and when he realized that the restaurant's main lot was full he recklessly drove backwards almost hitting me as i pulled out of my house with my 7 month old daughter in my car.
Ldiaz12: yes, cant fix stupidity and yes there are signs posted at the END of each block. The issue isnt people entering the street the wrong way, the issue is people leaving business the wrong way and then giving you attitude because you are in THEIR way.
