Pond and outfall was inspected on 8/5/2015 and maintenance was scheduled. Additionally, site was visited on 4/6/2015 and there did not seem to be any failure of the pond itself although channel erosion was noted from the outfall of the pond down to the stream and has been included in the maintenance request. The stream itself had some areas of erosion with minor destabilization of the banks. This was also noted for monitoring in future inspections.
