The area between Lockeford Street and Elm from Central Avenue to Main Street needs attention from the City of Lodi. The alleys need to be re-paved, potholes need filling, speed bumps should be added for safety, and more police patrols are needed. There is constant gang and drug activity. In the last couple weeks, there have been shots fired at least twice from vehicles around Hale Park. The residents in the area pay City of Lodi for services, but it seems like the city has forgotten about them. It's time to clean the area up. It's dirty, ugly, scary and unsafe for the children who would like to play outside.
This pothole and garbage issue is getting worse. When is the city going to do something about it? I opened this ticket seven months ago. Please fill potholes and clean the alley.
