Description

Pre dawn to dawn, 5:30 to 7am, speeding is out of control in Hickory Ridge Rd from Cedar to Broken land. Mostly bad from Charter Dr to Broken Land. I walk my dog fault in this route and in shock at hour fast people drive in the morning before the sun, and right as the sun comes up.
