Westbound on Haynes Bridge at Old Milton. There are two left hand turn lanes onto Old Milton. There is one straight lane continuing on Haynes Bridge towards the traffic circle. There are two traffic signals for the two left hand turn lanes and two traffic signals for one straight lane, why two lights for one lane? Ultimately the person in the middle turn lane goes when the two right lights change. I almost got hit by a person doing this today. Please look into taking one of the lights on the right down, it is confusing and worthless.
