Description
Going North on Passiac Avenue between ShopRite / KMart and across from LA Fitness where they are building there is a loose sign attached to fence flapping in wind and it's a real road hazard / accident waiting to happen because depending on the wind is blowing and hitting the sign it can be well into the road way and you see it hitting vehicles as they pass by and even worse you see speeding vehicles moving out of its way and going well into the other lane.
