That is not Graffiti... Those are Re-Elect Mayor Dwight Clinton Jones campaign posters. Hence why you see them all over the city.

How much longer do we have to wait? We pay astronomical real estate taxes on three large properties and keep getting the run around. West Franklin street has not been sweeped in a month and Boyd not since last spring of 2015. City Council? Are you listening here? This is a disgrace.

Good morning, I have closed the original request and opened a new under the CORRECT ISSUE, You have two request in one! graffiti and leaf collection, those are two different departments. reopening a ticket does not push your request to front of the line...... Thanks for your patience
