Description
At the corner of Stratford Rd. and Riverside Dr., there are shrubs growing alongside the road on Riverside drive. These shrubs are so close to Riverside's asphalt and so tall, that they block the view of drivers. When a driver is on northbound Stratford at the stop sign, the view of oncoming vehicle, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic is blocked. This creates a safety hazard for drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians. The previous owner used to keep the shrubs trimmed to a level (maybe 2 feet high) which allowed drivers at the stop sign to be able to see over the shrubs. I have reported this to the city several times over the past 2 years and NOTHING has changed other than they have grown even taller.
