Description

This is at west hastings court in general. The court and the back alley behind the court flood in literally 1/2 to 1 inch of rain over a day time period. The back alley has a drain, but it literally did not drain at all in the last storm. Also there is nearly an inch to two inches of mud in the back alley behind the court houses. Please help and respond on this issue, as the last time I out an issue in on this you said it was Norfolk's responsibility. I would have pictures but it is night time. I will take picture after Wednesday's rain so you can see the flooding,
