After installation of the new gas line on St. Albans (between Goodrich and Fairmount) the construction crew left the street surface torn up from their heavy equipment and did not repair the damage to St. Albans, between Goodrich and Fairmount. The gas line construction crew should return and repair the damage done to St. Albans. Thank you.
