Description

A BMW S.U.V., MN license plate 866 PHU, is parking in the alley behind 2135 Selby Ave. The owner of both the car and the property have been advised that the car is in violation as it impedes access to garage across the alley and interferes with alley plowing.
Please have Parking Enforcement address this issue.
