the state owns the railroad and they did a survey on my dirt road and marked there propery lines and my neighbor trying to get 13 feet of my propery for his easement,beacause he said it a safety issue with railroad,but julie thomas emailed me and said she doesn;t see any safety issue at this time so they won;t block off thier property,so if theres such a safety issue that road is to close to tracks why wouldn't they put fence up ,if i have to give up 13 feet of property when i bought the home 16 years ago and they refuse to block road why can;t they agree to sign that they will never block road and we will always have that rightaway which has beeen there for 60 years as stated by my neighbor
