This man, who is constantly outside the Walgreens at Montgomery and Mission , went over the line today when he yelled at my girlfriend using profanity after she didn't respond to him. We usually just look at the ground but this was too far. We got in our car and circled around to take a photo. Please. Please make aggressive panhandling a priority in this district. After the stabbing of an officer in Rincon Hill earlier today my girlfriend says she's afraid to leave the house or go near any homeless encampments. Which are impossible to avoid they are so many. Believe me, we've tried.
