This takes the cake but this car as you can see is parked right in the middle of the stop sign. This is a busy corner and partially blocked with high snow. Cars coming up S. 4th Ave turning right on Oak St has to stop because another car is goibg East on Oak making it hard for people to see he is in the way of traffic. He is located at 159 S. 4th Ave. He could have parked futher up on Oak St or futher down on Oak St but to be parked the way he is is dangerous. The silver car had to go around him and the car car traveling S. on 4th Ave had so stop (even though he did have to stop). Luckly the car going E. on Oak St. moved his car earlier or there would have been a serious crash.
