Reported earlier this month, several bags of yard waste was dumped in a ditch off Southall Road. It's a shame, to date, noting as been done to correct this issue. Following the reporting of this issue, the yard waste contributed to increasing the road wash-out level when we had the heavy rains earlier this month. It’s imperative that this issue is addressed. Thank you.
