A 4 way stop is needed at each end of Delight Street. The need at Chemawa is clear when kids are going to McNary. It's a death trap.
However, at the other end, where Delight stops at Cummings, it is unclear with the streets not quite lined up, who has the right of way. Cars traveling South on Delight seem to always take the right of way, while cars traveling North are stuck. Also, it's an elementary school crossing. Creating a 4 way stop, no matter that the streets are aligned about 10' off, will make the area much safer.
