Description

The property at 611 W. Lane constantly has an abundance of garbage piled up, loose garbage in the street, graffiti on the fence and large items not picked up. This is a huge eyesore for our office and our valued clients. This needs to be cleaned up immediately and kept clean.

This picture is NOT West Lane St. This is an alley parallel to Glenwood and Boylan behind Lee Hansley and Marshall & Taylor PLLC. Agree it's an eyesore and should be cleaned up but the City will just close the issue if you share the EXACT location. (Had the same issue with our alley and CoR garbage trucks)

Thanks Kitty. You bring up a good point. When users tag a ticket at the wrong location it ends up being a huge waste of staff time.
We will have staff go out to 611 W. Lane Street.

Thanks for the update. This picture is, indeed the alley next to the Apartments complex at 611 W. lane Street. The alley backs up to Marshall & Taylor, PLLC property. Is there any way to check that the steel poles are not infringing on the city property?
