Please fix these lights today!!!! I don't know why these traffic lights constantly go out.

Q. Why is this a concern?
A. Causes massive amount of traffic buildup. Lights are currently flashing red. This is a constant issue!!! Please fix this. This is happening way to often. This is the 4th time these lights flash red causing stop and go traffic. City will leave these light unfixed for a day at times.
