Completely snowed in can not even open my front door Had Heart surgery and am on disability I had hoped my neighbors knowing I am disabled would shovel a path to my front door and in front of my door so I can open it Apparently they have self snow problems on their own still am literally stranded in my home I have a history of seizures if I had one now EMS would have to bring there shovels or bobcats or something
