Description

Spring Hill Road is a narrow, no shoulder road, full of crater size potholes, continually filled, creating a rocky mess to drive on everyday. Within no time potholes are reopened by rain water. Many cyclists ride out here, and its become somewhat dangerous. This is a road that needs attention and to be completely repaved. Garbage has been dropped on Guglielmetti Road, as well.
