Description

Hillside township didn't salt Windsor way. They also did a horrible half job of plowing the street.

Same on Trinity Place. Made the two way street a one way street and even that isn't good enough to drive down. You call the Dept of Public Works and reach a full mailbox. You call City Hall and it rings 50 times then disconnects.
