Description
The potholes are back. Would be wonderful if the road were actually repaved instead of just filled. Wider tha a yard stick and that is not the only one.

Thank you for contacting the Pima County Department of Transportation regarding road maintenance on Garnette Street. While there are no current plans for repaving, we have issued a service request for the potholes. We appreciate hearing from you.
Disclaimer: The Pima County Department of Transportation evaluates and prioritizes each service request based on safety assessments. The average pothole request may be scheduled for repair anywhere from two working days for high speed, high volume roadways and a considerably longer time for low speed, low volume roadways. Should the repair schedule extend past 2 months, we will notify you of new timeframe. Pavement crack repairs and repaving requests will be reviewed and depending on funding may take years to schedule.
All other requests such as road grading, erosion repair, shoulder repair, vegetation maintenance, etc., average two to three months (sometimes longer depending on maintenance cycle or priority). If you have questions about the turnaround time of your service request, please contact Community Relations at (520) 724-6410.
