this light is crazy, it has a right hand turn light, which is unnecessary anymore, and the people coming north out of price chopper take their life in their hands making a left turn to go over the bridge, there is a hugh need for a left arrow, the road sits lower on one side and you cannot see the oncoming cars to make a turn. everyone know of right on red unless marked, they need to change the light to a left arrow and get rid of the right arrow.
