I see the graffiti was fixed by painting over it, which looks better than it did... But maybe laquer thinner or another solvent would work better (at least on non-painted surfaces)? Thanks for such quick responses to the issues posted!
You're welcome! Painting is usually the most efficient & cost-effective way for getting rid of graffiti.
