Description
The 319 West Ponce building has a large drain dumping water onto the sidewalk. Today it is frozen and fortunately most of the ice is covered with a lot of salt. On the sloping sidewalk this is a big mess and hazard for pedestrians who must cross several feet of ice + salt!
