I'm sorry, the City does not mount these kinds of signs. We follow the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices and try to limit the City's investment to specific public signage meant to control traffic, identify specific regulations (stop, no parking) identify crosswalks, school zones etc. Because of this the City Council generally does not encourage these signs to be posted on rights-of-way as they tend to get confused with official regulatory signs. People sometimes place such signs in their yards. We do not have an active enforcement program about this but again we cannot encourage it because these signs are technically also illegal under our zoning restrictions.
