Description

I tried to send this yesterday around 2 PM but it is not showing up in my issues reported so I don't know that it went through. There was a light brown chocolate lab running in traffic yesterday near the target on Alta Arden and Fulton around 2 PM. The CHP was there but did not get out of the car as they are not equipped they say to catch a dog. The dog was very frightened, tail between its legs, and was slightly limping. I imagine the way it was running in traffic it had been hit at least once. It also had some diarrhea in the middle of the street on Wyda. Several cars had to slam on brakes and at one point everyone stopped and was trying to catch it on Alta Arden when it went across the street through the shrubs in the little median and circle back around towards target. I put some food and water out for it. It's very scary but seems very sweet. Please I hope someone will make an effort to locate it and bring it to safety. It needs medical attention and a human that it can trust. I would be happy to donate to the Bradshaw shelter to help it. I have no doubt it is still there in that neighborhood running loose in this fog and freezing cold. Please care. She is cold and hurt and hungry and scared. I could not catch her.
