Description

There's a problem with the westbound turn signal on Mt. Vernon at the Perimeter Ctr. W intersection. Traffic turning south onto Perimeter Ctr. W now backs up at rush hour (~ 6 PM) because it used to let 8 cars through per cycle and now only lets 4 through.
