Description
Ongoing problem for going on 2 years. Windows now boarded up by Pinellas County Sheriff's Office after drug raid. Still occupied by residents who have no legal lease. Overgrown, trash, broken furniture. Trash along side of house that has NEVER been picked up. Sheriff contacted, but no answer in regard to illegal occupancy. THERE IS NOTHING LEGAL OR CODE COMPLIANT GOING ON HERE.

NEIGHBORHOOD WOULD LIKE AN ANSWER AS TO WHY THIS HAS BEEN ALLOWED TO BE AN EYESORE AND HEALTH HAZARD FOR MUCH OF THE LAST TWO YEARS.
WHY IS THE LAW NOT BEING ENFORCED BY POSTING THIS HOUSE AS UNINHABITABLE AND/OR OCCUPIED ILLEGALLY? WHY WON'T PCSO AND CODE ENFORCEMENT WORK TOGETHER AND USE THE LAWS AND CODES UNDER WHICH THE REST OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD LIVES???
WHY DOES CODE ENFORCEMENT NOT ALSO PUT A $455 LIEN ON THIS PROPERTY AND GET IT -COMPLETELY- CLEANED UP AS IT DID ON THE PROPERTY DOWN THE STREET; ALTHOUGH ALL THAT WAS DONE THERE WAS A FIVE MINUTE GRASS CUTTING?
