There is 3 large barrels of an unknown substance and other trash at this location, they may have picked up a portion of the problem but this is still a problem. As many times as people illegally dump here I would think some one from the city would sit out there or put cameras there. This is a major problem dumping area. There are too many small homes on that block without adequate waste management bins so they will continue to dump there until there is different action on the part of the city.
