critzgrant, don't even bother using seeclickfix to report issues. The website is pretty much worthless and the City even says they do not have the manpower/resources to monitor this site anymore. I am on here to just monitor and try to help out fellow Tucsonans to get issues addressed. You calling that phone number is your best bet for streets issues. Best of luck to you.
