Q. Describe the issue in detail
A. Excessive speeding between 26th street and 25th on 5th ave. it's like people think is a runway strip from the stop light heading northbound. They literally floor it to see how fast they can get to the end. I am constantly calling the police and have even had a speed radar station setup to no avail. There are several homes with children and a church with a playground on this block. 2535 5th ave s.
