the drain by the mailbox at 3221 Panorama Dr SE reported as a problem before is clogged again, the water puddled in the gravel the city brought in and the owner's car stands in water. the drain between 3221 and 3217 is also clogged and then whole accumulated mess then goes across the street and impact the front yard of 3218 Panorama. The previous solution obviously did not fix the problem, please address this once again. The puddle at 3221 is shown, I have more images of the mess, thank you. 256.536.3458 or 256.539.5916
