Description
Sewerage is seeping from manhole cover located between the stream and the street. This is on the corner of Woodbine Drive and Woodbine Circle. The seepage is pooling around the cover. There is a noticeable smell of sewer gas collecting at the bottom of the hill. It looks like it is running into the stream.
