All along Island Drive, the RED paint is completely gone from in front of virtually every fire hydrant, and people are parking and blocking the hydrants. The curbs need to be painted, and the police need to ticket the illegal parking. I don't want my home to be blocked from fire trucks being able to easily access hydrants, because people don't know how to park or think it's okay to park there because the curbs are not red.
