I have a problem with my water bill. It is unusually high for November, given that my sprinkler system was off in late October and I was away from home. It got my attention, so I decided to investigate.
I took a meter reading on Sunday Dec. 13th, copy of photo attached, and it reads 227279.73. That transposes to 2272 ccf or maybe rounds to 2273.
My bill in December states a meter reading of 2295 (actual) for Dec 2nd. How is that possible?
Can I please get a revised bill for this period?
I feel that you have incorrectly recorded my water meter reading. A corrected statement is needed so that I will have the correct waste water charges for next summer’s usage during sprinkler season.
Please let me know how you will hand this, or if there is someone I can speak to directly. Again, the photo provides my actual reading for December 13th.
