Violation of ADA to have parking in front of a bus stop

Thank you again for your comment. We have reviewed the applicable sections of the ADA law. The section of the law shows the infrastructure layout for a bus stop, it does not specifically indicate that parking is prohibited from bus stops. We are working with CDTA regarding bus stop locations and will adjust parking as needed to service the bus stops in the City.
