It has been over 2 moths since contacting DPU about fixing the main shut off meter in my driveway and so far I have been rudely talked to, promised two different repair dates and nothing, a call from a supervisor and nothing. I cannot use my driveway and had to postpone several times two important projects due to a total lack of concern from your DPU. I have now boycotted spending a cent in the City of Richmond and getting an estimate on converting my home to total electric. Total disgusted with the City of Richmond. No one seems to care about the customers and their problems.
