We are ready to start grading but must wait until all the water is gone or the grading will create a muddy mess. We will get it done as soon as the conditions cooperate and the water is gone.

I hope Arkansas ave will be done as well, its a disaster. We've already had to replace an axel because of the numerous ruts and bumps

Arkansas is a private road. The Town doesn't grade it, the abutters do.
